Ten Years And The Three Lions Finally Win!
ENGLAND IS BACK! Germany vs England 0-2
So..so.. much history here as we watch tonight game. Back in 2010, my friends and I was watching the game of Germany vs England in Mac Donalds’, I am pretty sure we wipe out their free cokes and how England lost humiliated like how German’s loss today. A game that has so much memories in it. Lets talk about the game.
The hype of Harry Maguire return is real, the commentator spoked of it and even fans are chanting Harry out loud of his influence towards the gameplay of England tonight. Do not let the game England had last 3 games of 1 goal fooled you, this time with 2-0 goal on German’s head tonight.
Their tactic start of with 4-3-3 for Germans and 3-5-2 for England. Germans playing 4-3-3 is no joke, they take this position very seriously in today’s game. There is not much action because both teams are very conservative analysing their tactic tonight until 34th minute, Germans got the offside when they are attacking England’s fort.
The team so relying on Saka, he got the pass and trying to score most of the time to go forward, it is not too bad actually, Germans look balanced and normal with Goretzka and Werner until half time ended.
Here we witness the German’s formation on 3-4-3 passing and ball possession, absolutely beautiful. England keep go and fourth to go for counter attack. Then somehow, Germans couldn’t keep up with the game with youngsters of England, so many miss opportunity from Robin Gosens, Kai Havertz’s free kicks, eventually, Germans player couldn’t keep up with the player till 74th minutes.
At 75th mark, where Raheem Sterling shines and scored a goal from the assist of the left wing, what a passing and scored by Sterling assisted by Luke Shaw.
Another 11 minutes, Germans defenders couldn’t keep up with England’s attack, England scored another one, leads 2-0 to Germans England player stacked on Harry’s 2nd goal. What an ending. In other words, German became less proactive in transitions later on, they knew the game is already over.
What a 10 years of history major competition between England and Germany. Good Game Well played England, Long Live Harry.
