His favourite player Zinedine Zidane, as the moment he grew up, having him the drive to just get himself to Real Madrid. Zidane was like another Maradona at 20th century, truly speed and skilled striker during his playing career. That’s where Hazard motivation just want to better player every day.
Being a pro football player, ain’t easy at all. Have you look in YouTube, how they every day do in their daily life and much things have to be sacrificed including having regular day with your friends, parents and family. It is like going to a college so far away from their love ones, eat, play and sleep with their own football mates. A 2nd daily lifestyle in another world. So, here comes Eden Michael Hazard in this episode.
Biography
Born almost 20th centurion, he is 30 years old now at January and as you know in La Louviere, Belgium. He is also another small kid who loves football as any other kid out there and he played as Royal Stade Brainois where he so well known as talented and exceptional player. He was detected by a Lille team scout which noted the beginning of his pro career when he was playing at neighbouring youth clubs.
Rising Star
In just 14 years old, trained at the local sports club then signed his first pro contract with Lile at 2007. His pro debut was in Racing Club de France and AS Nancy at 2007, senior team at Rudi Garcia at 2008/09. He became one of the UNFP ‘Young Player of the Year’ after UEFA Europa League, like how Zidane did.
He also played Belgium national team from under 16 till now the pro league. After Lille, he chooses to stay with his club Lille, even Zidane himself just recommending him to that club.
He was truly exceptional on target hero as in Real Madrid but of course Ronaldo is on the god level so as Zidane did. Their rate of scoring goal like almost 7-8 times difference. His skill and passion are more of teamwork and assisting forward to score like Wayne Rooney is.
He also at sign for Chelsea as well another giant club at 2012, and won the Europa League in that first season. Another one at 2015, with EPL cup. Truly talented players out there with PFA players’ Player of the year award.
In 2015, that’s where the real struggle begins with Real Madrid for 2 seasons before the contract, managed to finish 5th in EPL league, with only goal from Hazard versus High Heat year club, Manchester United that time. He starting to shine back recently at 2018 World cup where, leading Belgium 3rd placing the best Belgium ever got winning over England 2-0, against great mighty Harry Kane also.
Climax
At 2019 finally, the opportunity arrived where Real Madrid want him to be in. That’s where they sign in Hazard, the replacement for Christiano Ronaldo as he left the club. Making him one of the most expensive players for Real Madrid with 100 million. That’s close enough with Ronaldo with a few million left.
He was named 2nd best player for 18’ World cup and winning the silver ball as well from FIFA Technical Study Group. His journey keeps getting more and more exciting as you see him. Unfortunately, little underperform in UEFA EURO championship recently. His story is still not over…
